Customer Support

Our customer support section aims to direct you to the information you're looking for. Please take a moment to read through this page. If you're still unable to find the answer you are looking for then please contact us or see our FAQ.

  • Delivery: for all queries regarding delivery, including missing parcels, please see our delivery section.
  • Cancellations, returns and refunds: for all queries regarding cancellations, returns and refunds, including incorrect orders or damaged items, please see our returns section.
  • Updating Account Information: you can update your address details, login password, and newsletter subscription preferences by logging into your account dashboard. If you're not already logged into your account simply click the 'Sign In' link which is located in the top left hand corner of every page. Once you're logged in, click your name (again, in the top left hand corner of the page) and you will be directed to your account dashboard. Under the "My Account" menu on the right hand side of the page you will see various links which allow you to update your account information (name, email address, password and VAT number), address book (invoice and delivery addresses) and newsletter subscription preferences.
  • Viewing an order status: You can view your order history and the status of each order via your account dashboard. Follow the login instructions described above, once you're logged in click your name which will now be visible in the top left hand corner of every page and you will be directed to your account dashboard. Under the "My Account" menu on the right hand side of the page click "My Orders" to see a full history of all your orders including the latest status for each order. You also have the option to view the full detail of each order and re-order if required.
  • Tracking an order: almost all orders dispatched by TraderSupplies.co.uk can be tracked online. Tracking information is sent to you either by email or SMS text message upon dispatch from our warehouse. Please see the "Parcel tracking & delivery alerts" section of our delivery page for full details.
  • Secure Shopping: you can rest assured that the TraderSupplies.co.uk website is secure, but for further information regarding your security while shopping with us, please see our secure shopping section.
