Last ordering dates for delivery to mainland UK addresses before Christmas 2017
Standard Delivery: Order by 3pm on Tuesday 19th December 2017 for delivery by Friday December 22nd.
Express Delivery: Order by 3pm on Thursday 21st December 2017 for delivery on Friday December 22nd.
Manufactured items: please note that many of our market stalls, step displays, sofa display stands and tables are non-stock items and are manufactured to order and delivery time can vary depending upon our current workload. In the case of these items, we show the estimated delivery type at the top of the item's product page.
Delivery timescales: the above estimates are to mainland UK addresses only. Please contact us for last posting dates to other regions. All delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. During the busy Christmas period all of our delivery networks are dealing with a higher than normal volumes of parcels and unfortunately some delays are likely to occur. We always recommend that you order sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.
Christmas holiday opening hours
OFFICE: our office will be closing at 5:45pm on Friday December 22nd 2017 and will reopen on Tuesday January 3rd 2017.
WAREHOUSE: our warehouse will close at 3pm on Friday December 22nd 2017. We will reopen on Wednesday December 27th through to Friday 29th and will be despatching orders received up until 3pm on December 29th. We will then reopen as normal on Tuesday January 2nd 2018. Orders received after 3pm on Friday December 22nd will be processed for despatch on Wednesday December 27th 2017 with the earliest delivery date being Thursday December 28th if you select Express Delivery at checkout. Orders received after 3pm on Friday 29th will be processed for despatch on Tuesday January 2nd 2018 with the earliest delivery date being Wednesday January 3rd if you select Express Delivery at checkout.
