What does it look and feel like? |
Like a supermarket carrier, this is a vest carrier bag which refers to the vest shaped appearance of the bag. It's manufactured from a high density polythene which means it's scrunchy and thin to touch, just like a supermarket carrier. And just like a supermarket carrier, these bags are primarily designed for function over form. It's rare that you would find this type of bag in high end boutiques but you'll be sure to find them in the vast majority of high street stores, off licenses and takeaways. |
What's it used for? |
This is a small but very strong bag, typically used for small bottles (glass and plastic) such as beer and soft drinks as well as jars, such as honey, jam and sauces. Owing to its small size it is ideal for holding any number of small objects that would be otherwise lost in a larger bag. It's opaque black colour ensures that items within the bag are not visible. |
What do the dimensions mean? |
203mm x 330mm x 457mm (8in x 13in x 18in) means:- the bag width is 203mm (8in) but expands outwards to 330mm (13in) when the gusset is fully opened
- the bag length is 457mm (18in)
