Tthe first dimension always refers to the opening, for example 305mm x 407mm (12in x 18in) means that the opening is on the 305mm (12in) side.

High Density clear polythene sheet, suitable for food use. Supplied in plastic wrapped counter top dispensers to prevent spillage.

What does it look and feel like?
Like a supermarket carrier, this is a vest carrier bag which refers to the vest shaped appearance of the bag. It's manufactured from a high density polythene which means it's scrunchy and thin to touch, just like a supermarket carrier. And just like a supermarket carrier, these bags are primarily designed for function over form. It's rare that you would find this type of bag in high end boutiques but you'll be sure to find them in the vast majority of high street stores.
What's it used for?
General purpose carrier bag, ideal for clothing lines (such as light jackers, trousers and shirts) as well as many food lines (meat, fruit and veg and specialist foods). This bag is also popular with shoe retailers as it accomodates small shoe boxes (typically ladies shoes) and shoes that are sold without boxes.
